The School of Law Moot Court Final will be held on 27 June 2026 in the Sir Buri Kidu Court Room, Law Building. This year's problem concerns constitutional interpretation of customary land rights under the Land Act.
All Law students and staff are welcome to attend. The proceedings will be observed by justices of the National Court of Papua New Guinea.
Final-year LLB students are eligible to apply for the Papua New Guinea Law Society Vacation Clerkship Program, offering 4-week placements with leading Port Moresby law firms from August 2026.
Eligibility: LLB Year 4, GPA 3.0+. Submit CV and academic transcript to the School of Law office by 30 May 2026.
