Where to find the policies and procedures that govern staff employment at UPNG.
UPNG's conditions of service, code of conduct, grievance procedures and other staff policies are held by Human Resources Management and made available to staff on appointment and on request. Individual Schools and divisions may also hold local procedures that supplement, but do not replace, the University-wide policies.
If you can't locate a policy that applies to your situation, contact Human Resources Management directly — they hold the current, authoritative version of every staff policy.
