Doctor of Medicine

The Doctor of Medicine (MD) is the School's senior research doctorate. Candidates — normally medical graduates already practising in Papua New Guinea — undertake an extended programme of original research supervised within the School and submit a thesis for examination.

Admission is by application to the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, which confirms supervision and research arrangements case by case.
