Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences

The Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences prepares laboratory technicians for work in hospital and public health laboratories across Papua New Guinea. Students learn the routine diagnostic disciplines — haematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology and transfusion science — with supervised laboratory placement.

The programme is taught by the Division of Health Sciences at the Taurama campus.
